The AFD is a community resource for families living with autism. The directory provides a list of businesses and organizations that provide services and resources whom have earned the Giant Steps’ Certification as an Autism Friendly establishment. This is the time of year to make appointments for annual physical examinations, check-ups at the dentist or ensure your eye prescription is up to date. The cooling temperatures (although weather played quite the trick on us this week) means that we are nearing the dreaded cold and flu season! Not to mention, it is important to just take the time for yourself and your loved ones to do good things for both your body AND mind.
