Today as part of our in-service staff day, our HR department arranged for a Health and Wellness Fair. It focused on education and awareness for our staffs’ health. Today’s fair featured 10 vendors: Connor and Gallagher Wellness, Connor and Gallagher Financial 401k, BCBS Medical – Wellness Adds, TITLE Boxing Club, Holistic Health Center, Beyond Measure Training, The Tea Tree, Chiro One (display and chair massages), Mary Kay, and Advantage Wellness Clinic (chair massages).
Everyone had a great time at our fair. Vendors shared with Giant Steps staff the importance of health and well-being in our everyday life. Everyone enjoyed learning about the importance of eye vision health to actually being treated to a chair massage and/or a facial.

“The wellness fair serves as a great opportunity for our staff to connect with local vendors, get information relating to wellness and most importantly to put themselves first! Our staff used this time to treat themselves to a chair massage, learn about resources available to them, or get some freebies/discounts. It was a great event for the Giant Steps staff!”
